Support Construction manager to manage all related building work (architect, structure, civil) from design, procurement, and construction management;
SSHE: coordinate with SSHE team and take lead related building work;
Manage consultant to make complete and right design according to company's standards (safety, hygienic), comply with local regulation, full fill operation requirements;
Manage Contractors to execute building (structure, finishing) work according to design and work schedule. Coordinate with other stream during installation and commission;
Preparation site temporary facility and coordinate with other teams from design, construction, installation and commission;
Coordinate with Contractor and Consultant to complete as build document and handover to Operation team.

Have over 10 years experience for factory project from design and construction phase in general with 3 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in food industry;
Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E);
Experience in coordinating the work of consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams;
Practical experience of construction site safety from participation in complex, major projects with tight timelines;
Construction quality assurance/Quality control plan;
Risk Analysis, Evaluation and Management;
Ability to understand and apply complex technical specifications, standards, and procedures;
Good knowledge of building structure and finishing work (Civil, Structure, Architect);
Knowledge of basic electrical construction (basic conduit, supports, boxes), basic mechanical construction (pumps, valves, piping), HVAC system.
