Seek, build, maintain, and develop relationships with key clients and partners: investors, main contractors, contractors, project managers, etc., to increase the purchase rate.
Introduce products to clients and partners through meetings, introductions, networking, trade show booths, and social events to reach potential customers.
Closely follow up with clients such as investors, main contractors, and contractors to introduce products and integrate the brand into projects.
Update information on new projects and the progress of existing projects to inform the sales team for outreach.
Update the financial status of partners to collaborate with the sales team in proposing credit policies.
Collect and analyze information systems related to products, customers, the market, and competitors.
Advise the Board of Directors on product pricing, market orientation, and development.
Develop business strategies for each month, quarter, and year.
Be responsible for achieving the sales targets set by the Company for the entire team.
Train sales skills and product knowledge for staff.
Communicate business plans to each employee and provide guidance on target markets and customers.
Allocate sales targets and sales policies to each employee.
Monitor and review sales activities to provide timely support to employees in closing deals.
Liaise with other departments to propose solutions when issues arise with customers.
Monitor debts, issue reminders, and recover outstanding payments. Report difficult, overdue, and unusual debts to superiors and relevant departments and propose handling measures.
Collaborate with the HR department to plan recruitment.
Motivate employees.
Guide and remind employees to comply with Company regulations.
Organize meetings, monitor the progress of work completion, and conduct performance evaluations for each directly managed employee.

Experience in managing teams.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
Ability to work under high pressure and strive to achieve targets.
Good communication skills, clear speaking voice, presentable appearance.
