  • Develop and organize the execution of production orders according to plans received from the Production Planning Department.
  • Monitor and directly manage production activities to ensure on-time delivery of orders.
  • Implement quality assurance measures according to product standards.
  • Monitor and handle non-conforming products and take corrective and preventive actions as necessary.
  • Develop the organizational and staffing structure for the factory.
  • Establish staffing requirements for the factory.
  • Define recruitment needs and directly interview candidates for factory positions.
  • Train and mentor employees and workers.
  • Assign tasks based on each worker’s skill level and position.
  • Prepare specialized reports on production output, quality, workforce, machinery, and semi-finished goods inventory.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Graduated with University degree in Food Technology, Industrial Management, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or other related fields
  • 05 years experience in production management, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
  •  In-depth knowledge of environmental, health, and safety (EHS) regulations related to food manufacturing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a large, multi-departmental team.
  • Certifications in production management, Lean Manufacturing, or Six Sigma are a plus.
