Responsible for the optimization of value creation on products and services by negotiating the offer with clients through the implementation of Pre Sales, Opportunity Management, Pricing;
Responsible for global and regional accounts by developing commercial relationships, activating the power maps, and building appropriate actions to support the business;
Responsible for the management of the daily operations;
Analyze customer portfolio, consolidate market information and ensure a regular internal circulation;
Monthly visit of priority customers following by visit report with an action plan;
Develop and maintain business, mainly in segment of seaport/ airport/ construction, handling materials, Agriculture, Army, etc. with top-end users/distributors;
Design and develop long-term, mutually profitable partnerships;
Conduct fleet audits and business review with customers, control the legal and financial risks with accounts;
Update and maintain database in salesforce, provide forecast to supply chain for customers.
Yêu cầu công việc
At least 5 years experience in key account management, business development, project management, or relevant role;
Technical background in automotive part, machinery or industrial goods is a plus;
Have proven sales track record, strong business sense, solution mindset, result-oriented;
High level of communication and negotiation skills;
Strong in marketing intelligence, time management, and planning skills;
Good communication in both English & Vietnamese;
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce);
