HR Manager

Mô tả công việc
Manage all tasks relating to HR work on a daily basis.
Manage and controlling Payroll, labor workforce.
Recruite and coach new employees in general in term of company policy, compliance, work safety etc.
Maintain a smooth onboarding process.
Resolve conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
Conduct performance and wage reviews.
Carry out necessary administrative duties.
Maintain and report on workplace health and safety compliance.
Handle workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
Maintain employee and workplace privacy.
Lead, coach a team of junior human resource managers.
Represent HR to consult Management board in term of law, labor contracts, solution for unexpected issues.
Yêu cầu công việc
University degree or above.
Experience Minimum 7 year HR experience and At least 3 years of working experience as HR manager.
In-depth knowledge of labor law, compensations & benefits, recruitment process, organizational development, labor relation.
Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
Good communication in English.
Working Location: Da Nang, Ha Noi, Nghe An.
