To manage all related job to building and master plan of a new plant, work includes some main job such as:
- Establish the project management plan from design, procurement, construction management and handover
- Manage implementation phase
- Set up the system to manage and control the work
- Complete building document to handover to the factory for operation and maintenance
- Manage and develop Civil Engineer, Consultant, Contractor to complete job with safety, meet time, quality within approved budget
• Background: Civil Engineering, Master of Engineering is advanced
• Experience: minimum 5 years at Manager level for Contractor, Consultant, Client company (has past experience on design, procurement, construction management)
• Manufacturing projects management: 15 years experience in capital investment projects development and implementation in the food industry.
• Determination of methods to minimize the likelihood of injuries or damages to people and/or equipment (SH&E)
• Minimum 5 years in construction management for factory project, F&B project in advance and more involved in construction management
• Experience in coordinating the work of consultants, contractors, suppliers and other project team members as part of multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural teams.
• Practical experience of construction site safety from participation in complex, major projects with tight timelines.
• Construction quality assurance/Quality control plan
• Risk Analysis, Evaluation, and Management
• Ability to understand and apply complex technical specifications, standards, and procedures
• Knowledge of basic electrical construction (basic conduit, supports, boxes)
• Knowledge of basic mechanical construction (pumps, valves, piping)
• Knowledge of basic HVAC system
