Monitor and analyze new laws affecting factory operations, particularly in areas like fire safety, construction, electricity on topics relevant to factory operations, including electricity, energy, environmental regulations, and construction.
Manage activities related to compliance within factory operations.
Translate documents between Vietnamese and English.
Engage with relevant authorities to clarify legal matters pertaining to the aforementioned fields and ensure company compliance with regulations.
Supervise the Compliance Section team.
Mentor and assist junior team members, offering on-the-job training and guidance.

Having a Bachelor's degree in Law.
At least 4-5 years of experience in legal aspects relevant to factory operations, manufacturing.
Possesses a comprehensive understanding of Vietnamese laws and practical knowledge in business and manufacturing.
Capable of analyzing information and providing accurate assessments.
