Daily check BOD office’s emails/correspondences and process next needed steps;
Manage and arrange travel/ accommodation plan for BOD’s business trips;
Provide full support in translating documents and interpretating exchanges (Eng – Vie) for BODs when needed;
Take recaps/ memos/ agenda as per BODs request;
Closely follow up and update progress of given tasks without BODs supervision;
Welcome and provide comprehensive customer service to BOD’s guests and visitors on the GM’ behalf;
Transfer BODs directions in writing and verbal to the intended and follow up to ensure sufficient and smooth progress;
Daily report in writing and verbal to BODs for requested tasks;
Prepare to correspondence writing/responses/reports to the Head as per BODs’ requests;
Discreet of handling confidential information and documents;
Represent BODs in a professional and congenial manner in person, in telephone conversations and welcoming VIP foreign visitors, partners;
Organize and prepare critical presentations and documentations for members of BODs;
Make BODs meeting schedule, travel arrangements and maintain travel records, expenses & others;
Follow the work schedule of Departments, reports & other particular tasks assigned by BODs;
Arrange accommodation/ travel plan for expatriate experts and their family for better working experience in Vietnam branch;
Support expatriate experts’ family members for their school/work application in Vietnam;
Support local staff in applying passport/visa for working in other branches of the company;
Be a liaison between Vietnam branches with other overseas branches;
Contact and cooperate with external state departments for applying/ renew work visa/ permit to expatriate experts from other overseas branches to work in Vietnam;
Contact and work with state departments for permission/registration matters of company business and partner;

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accountant or Finance ;
At least 05 years working experience as executive /management assistant in multinational companyis required;
Advanced written, verbal skills in English.
Advanced-level skills in Microsoft Office (especially Power point);
Strong interpersonal skills, Relationship building skills;
