Involved with RMP Manager to set department objectives in line with business targets and cascade them into sectional objectives, then individual objectives;
Monitor and control via KPis & routine reports in order to ensure that all targets and objectives are best met;
Ensure that the management of operational safety, health and risk, and environment in the factory are effectively implemented and aligned with local regulations and guidelines;
Lead NCE, LEAN activities in Factory and work/ coordinate with other sites to benchmark, learn, and explore new opportunities for improvement.
Promote hygiene, 5S, Safety, suggestion system, small group activities, environment concepts and implementation;
Prepare the investment budget and ensure its effective implementation in the projects (e.g. Forklift trucks, warehouse expansion, racking, etc.) in line with Corporate policies;
Manage all WH operations (both inside & outside warehouses) concerning material handling, including pallets and documentation (e.g. receiving, issuing, dispatching, maximizing the utilization of WH space and facilities), to ensure the good factory service level e.g. OifIF, OE saving, Stock accuracy;
Develop and maintain an effective organization through selection, training, development, compensation, and motivation of assigned personnel. Conduct merit reviews on a timely basis. Discipline employees in accordance with company policy and procedure;
Ensure that the warehouse is in good operations and conditions in line with standards and requirements e.g. maintenance of good housekeeping in the warehouse and surroundings.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management or related majors;
At least 2-3 years working experience in Warehouse Supervisor/WH Manager, open for any industry, not mandatory in FMCG;
Good command in English (4 skills);
Knowledge & experience of Management System: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, FSSC 22000;
Strong knowledge and experience in end-to-end WH operations; resource planning
