Represents Research & Development function for Seasonings & Blends to deliver commercially viable products.
Developing robust formulations that meet the appropriate nutritional, regulatory and customer requirements.
Planning, executing, and evaluating experiments from benchtop through commercialization at plantations.
The ability to interpret and leverage experimental data to develop robust processes.
Apply knowledge of regulations, nutrition, and food and understands implications of product design.
Support rapid technical assessment of innovation proposals including efficient cross-functional and multi-regional partnering.
Leverage education, prior experience, and eventual market knowledge to recommend innovation opportunities for evaluation.
Job Requirement
B Tech in Food Technology / MSc in Chemistry or Equivalent with strong experience in Food FMCG.
Min 10 years of experience with at least 3 years of experience in Research & Development in the food processing industry.
Seasoning formula development experience proven in R&D department.
Good project/time management skills.
Strong analytical, problem solving and organization skills.
Good practical, analytical, and laboratory skill.
Possess good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and effectively across functions and within department by both Vietnamese and English.
