Job description
1.Recruitment:
- Oversee and monitor the implementation of the recruitment process for the team;
- Update progress and assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;
- Continuously enhance recruitment activities to align with current market trends;
- Develop a recruitment management system.
2. Employer Branding:
- Formulate, develop, and execute an Employer Branding (EB) plan;
- Increase EB visibility across digital platforms;
- Organize internal engagement initiatives;
- Manage and curate content on recruitment platforms;
- Coordinate EB Awards and communications internally and externally;
- Establish and execute internship policies and young talent programs.
3.Compliance and Labor Relations:
- Review and enhance the Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility, Company Labor Rules and Regulations, and Collective Labor Agreement to ensure compliance with the law;
- Facilitate regular dialogues and Employee Conferences in collaboration with the Labor Union, along with Long Service Rewards programs;
- Monitor workplace nutrition improvement initiatives and other employee well-being policies;
- Conduct labor disciplinary actions as necessary
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field and role;
- Possessing fundamental knowledge of Labor Law;
- Proficient in recruitment, negotiation, planning, execution, problem identification and resolution, and resource management;
- Demonstrating high levels of responsibility, meticulousness, honesty, and diligence.
- Excellent in English
