TA and Employer Branding Supervisor

Job description

1.Recruitment:

  • Oversee and monitor the implementation of the recruitment process for the team;
  • Update progress and assess the effectiveness of recruitment efforts;
  • Continuously enhance recruitment activities to align with current market trends;
  • Develop a recruitment management system.

2. Employer Branding:

  • Formulate, develop, and execute an Employer Branding (EB) plan;
  • Increase EB visibility across digital platforms;
  • Organize internal engagement initiatives;
  • Manage and curate content on recruitment platforms;
  • Coordinate EB Awards and communications internally and externally;
  • Establish and execute internship policies and young talent programs.

3.Compliance and Labor Relations:

  • Review and enhance the Regulation on Job Assignment and Responsibility, Company Labor Rules and Regulations, and Collective Labor Agreement to ensure compliance with the law;
  • Facilitate regular dialogues and Employee Conferences in collaboration with the Labor Union, along with Long Service Rewards programs;
  • Monitor workplace nutrition improvement initiatives and other employee well-being policies;
  • Conduct labor disciplinary actions as necessary

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Economics, or related fields.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar field and role;
  • Possessing fundamental knowledge of Labor Law;
  • Proficient in recruitment, negotiation, planning, execution, problem identification and resolution, and resource management;
  • Demonstrating high levels of responsibility, meticulousness, honesty, and diligence.
  • Excellent in English
