Job description

  • Oversee strategic and operational management of the Business Field within the region, including full accountability for profit and loss (P&L) in alignment with the Global Field Manager (GFM).
  • Drive the achievement of local Business Field commercial goals, encompassing sales, cost management, and EBIT performance.
  • Develop the local Business Field strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies, and take charge of its execution and monitoring.
  • Manage the local product portfolio for the Business Field, including the introduction of innovations, product relaunches, and the discontinuation of underperforming products, in accordance with the global product portfolio strategy.
  • Ensure the implementation of performance processes, IT tools, and quality management systems within the local Business Field, following global and regional standards and collaborating with relevant Service Functions.
  • Oversee the application of technical requirements necessary to meet accreditation standards.
  • Facilitate the application of expertise and know-how in the local context.
  • Hold both disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility for the employees within the local Business Field.
  • Ensure compliance with and execution of corporate guidelines and regulations.
  • Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's Degree, prefer engineering background in Power electronics, Components, Machinery 
  • Have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in the solar and commercial products industry
  • Level of knowledge (User, Expert, Programmer)
  • Good leadership, communication and business development skills, besides, market/business experience for Vietnam/ASEAN
  • Good knowledge about the industry, latest developments and changing market conditions
  • English skills
