Oversee strategic and operational management of the Business Field within the region, including full accountability for profit and loss (P&L) in alignment with the Global Field Manager (GFM).
Drive the achievement of local Business Field commercial goals, encompassing sales, cost management, and EBIT performance.
Develop the local Business Field strategy, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies, and take charge of its execution and monitoring.
Manage the local product portfolio for the Business Field, including the introduction of innovations, product relaunches, and the discontinuation of underperforming products, in accordance with the global product portfolio strategy.
Ensure the implementation of performance processes, IT tools, and quality management systems within the local Business Field, following global and regional standards and collaborating with relevant Service Functions.
Oversee the application of technical requirements necessary to meet accreditation standards.
Facilitate the application of expertise and know-how in the local context.
Hold both disciplinary and technical leadership responsibility for the employees within the local Business Field.
Ensure compliance with and execution of corporate guidelines and regulations.
Carry out additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's Degree, prefer engineering background in Power electronics, Components, Machinery
Have 5 to 10 years of experience in a similar position in the solar and commercial products industry
Level of knowledge (User, Expert, Programmer)
Good leadership, communication and business development skills, besides, market/business experience for Vietnam/ASEAN
Good knowledge about the industry, latest developments and changing market conditions
