Manage the research projects for our clients / our own;
Manage all the process of researches, including designing questionnaire, data collection and reporting;
Communicate with clients, including receiving, clarifying briefs, back-forth communicating with clients during project execution period, presenting final outputs if required by clients;
Guiding and coaching Junior Researchers.
Job Requirement
Minimum 3 years of experiences in market research agencies or equivalent (E.g., Consumer Insights, Marketing departments in FMCG that often deal with market research);
Familiar with the process of market research: Highly familiar with questionnaire design & reporting, familiar or willing to learn more about data analysis;
Capable of reading data and identify market trends/ insights from the data;
Capable of making a comprehensive report on their own, understanding the research objectives and delivering valuable and actionable insights to clients;
Fluent in Vietnamese and English (Toeic 700/ Ielts 6.0 or more);
Full familiarity with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word);
Capable of communicating directly with clients or communicating internally.
