Act as a strategic partner to the business, working closely with the General Director of Vietnam on HR-related initiatives.
Manage HR Operations by delegating tasks to the HR Operations Manager.
Enhance the employee lifecycle by ensuring the best possible employee experience.
Collaborate with the Group HR Director on global HR Business Partner projects, including Talent Management, Performance, and Succession Planning.
Serve as the gatekeeper for policies and procedures, challenging the business to ensure fair and transparent treatment of all employees.
Utilize a data-driven approach in decision-making, ensuring the reliability of HRIS, and encourage the HR Operations team to improve information management.
Build and maintain an external network to stay informed about industry trends and changes in labor laws, optimizing processes as needed.
Promote employee engagement by nurturing a safe and positive work culture where employees can thrive.
Ensure high standards when hiring for positions at Hay 14 and above, focusing on leadership development during the recruitment process.
Oversee Total Rewards and manage the End of Year process.
Collaborate with global HR to develop a strong performance management process.
Coach senior leaders on conflict resolution and support them in becoming coaching leaders for their teams.
Lead with a focus on inclusivity, emphasizing diversity and inclusion.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Minimum of 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in an international setting.
Proven experience in developing and implementing HR strategies in a global organization.
Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, change mindset, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
Experience in the food industry or a related sector is a plus.
