Job description
- Set up Team’s sales plan and manage team to conduct sales activities for Food Ingredients customers.
- Manage sales activities:
- Supervise subordinates’ sales activities, ensure company policies & Section’s SOP is followed.
- Support subordinates to achieve sales Targets.
- Motivate subordinates and propose solutions for each sales situation.
- Remind subordinates on sales plan monthly to ensure targets are achieved.
- Follow up sales result of each subordinate to support timely.
- Support subordinates to solve quality and service complaints.
- Check subordinates’ daily sales report and prepare monthly report to Superiors.
- Manage sales expense: Control and ensure subordinates’ sales expense is reasonable and compliant.
- Manage Team’s expense:
- Control proper quantity of samples to be sent to customers.
- Well manage expense of sales, gifts, transportation, etc.
Job Requirement
- Obtained Bachelor's Degree (preferably Foods related Majors).
- Have 3+ years of experience of sales in Food processing industry.
- Knowledge of Food Processing, Food Ingredients.
- Legal knowledge (Food Additive regulations, Labeling Regulation, Civil codes, etc.).
- Good skills to examine & interpret Sales Contracts.
- Knowledge of import-export process.
- Good management, motivation, problem finding and solving capability.
