Develop monthly and annual objectives for the department in collaboration with General Manager;
Execute policies and procedures for sales department;Determine sales quota’s for sales personnel in accordance to their skill levels;
Maintain budgeted revenue and expense objectives;
Provides sales management information by completing reports;
Recommending sales campaigns and promotions;
Responding to customer complains;
Establish departmental work schedule, balancing the workload of all employees;
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and terminating employees.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in business or related field;
3-5 years of experience in retail sales as well as demonstrated history of achieving and exceeding sales objectives;
Prefer knowledge and experience with sales of motorcycles, and other products sold by the dealership, or the demonstrated ability to quickly learn them;
Excellent customer service skills and communication skills;
Good time management skills with the aptitude of meeting all targets;
