Job description

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Manage, lead, and develop the sales team to ensure maximum performance.
  • Identify, approach, and build relationships with potential clients, particularly in logistics and import-export sectors.
  • Provide consultation and introduce logistics services such as transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, etc., to clients.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of sales campaigns, analyze market trends, and propose strategies to improve sales performance.
  • Train, develop, and mentor sales staff to ensure they are well-versed in products, services, and sales techniques.
  • Specific tasks will be discussed further during the interview.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in Sales, with a minimum of 1-2 years in a managerial role within the Logistics or Forwarder industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of logistics services such as international transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, and freight forwarding.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
  • Fluent communication in English.
