Job description
- Meet and exceed sales target: generation of order income and revenue from new and existing large and medium customers as defined in the sales plan;
- Develop and maintain a customer-focused list by proposing focused customers and business opportunities based on marketing leads, own opportunities, certificate expiry lists, market knowledge, etc;
- Identify solutions for customer needs; Generate new leads and convert assigned sales leads generated by marketing or other channels;
- Acquire new customers; Maintain/ grow customer loyalty and ring-fences critical business through regular customer interaction and visits;
- Maintain positive relationships with existing customers to up-sell the service portfolio.
- Document all activities in the relevant TR IT tools (e.g. Salesforce.com);
- Responsible for the on-time delivery, quality and follow-up of the quotation according to the customer needs;
- Follow up on quotations with customer and support in the cash collection of unpaid/ overdue invoices for the customers.
Job Requirement
- University degree in Business Administration or related majors;
- Have 03 - 05 years experience in services B2B sales with strong market sense or equivalent work experiences;
- Experience in Testing, Inspection, Certification services (TIC) or related field would be an advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English;
- Expertise in using emails, internet searching and Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com;
- High sales skills including cold-call, presentation and negotiation Proven track record in sales;
- Can-do and self-starter working attitude.
