Job description

  • Develop and formulate business development strategies.
  • Take responsibility for developing and implementing approved business plans.
  • Organize, manage, and directly oversee the business operations of the company.
  • Establish business policies to support the successful implementation of plans.
  • Develop and manage the sales team.
  • Organize marketing programs and product launches.
  • Establish sales processes and management regulations.
  • Report on plan implementation results and management activities regularly to the General Director as required.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Over 5 years of experience in a similar position in the automotive business sector.
  • Skills in strategic planning, market evaluation, and analysis.
  • Ability to plan, make decisions, and execute plans effectively.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Dynamic in business management. Ability to manage costs.
  • Professional demeanor with high reliability and sense of responsibility.
  • Ability to guide and develop personnel.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Gender: Male
  • Age: 35 - 45 years old.
