Supervise the recruiting team and report on its performance.
Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire).
Propose and implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches).
Research and choose job advertising options.
Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
Do salary market research.
Manage and participate in job fairs and career events.
Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleges and other partners.
Job Requirement
Bachelor Degree in Economics, Human resources, BA, etc.
At least 3-4 years of experience in Internal/External recruitment, education field is prefer.
Experience in recruiting Product Manager, Product Owner, Project Manager, UI/UX Designer, Dev, Content Marketing, Digital MKT, các bộ phận L&D/Sales/CSKH,etc.
Good attitude, willing to learn and develop yourself.
