Take responsibility for the performance and results of a team in the Liquid Seasoning Section as time scale requirement;
Make plans and set targets for the team;
Manage responsible themes of liquid seasoning development and collaborate with related departments in compliance with product development procedure, related procedures, and SOPs/guidelines;
Develop plans and execute to investigate advanced technology and manage to test to improve performance;
Coordinate with others in the Liquid Seasoning Section to complete assigned jobs;
Draw up plans and manage relevant information to unify strategies related to liquid seasoning development of responsible themes for new products and existing products;
Coach and expand knowledge of subordinates for technical information, industrialization, and skills
Job Requirement
From 27 years old
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Food Chemistry, or related majors;
Strong knowledge about Food Technology and Production Process;
Fluency in English (speaking & writing skills) TOEIC 800/IELTS 6.0 or more
At least 04 years of relevant experience at food factory;
