Plan to research, design and deploy products every week, month, quarter and year;
Look for new ideas regarding the design, name and material of products in order to carry out a research plan and product deployment according to orientation and strategies of the company;

Organize, receive, collect and process the data of products as well as the price from inside and outside the company;
Get access to the information of new products and new technology to have resolutions for product’s innovation;
Consider and correct the design and the way of conducting chemical experiments in production process;
Be in charge of conducting trial production process: monitoring, urging and supervising;
Cooperate with other departments for effective research and product deployment;
Draft, consider, and update quality standards, product quotas, production process and standard forms of products;
Make sure that all of information of new products, improved products, technological techniques and other information of the company is confidential.
Job Requirement
Male/ Female more than 30 years old;
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Master's degree in Chemistry or Equivalent with strong experience in Food FMCG;
More than 15 years overall experience in role of R&D in a food processing industry;
