Perform/ arrange manpower to the control and check the quality of finished product, semi-finished product. Assure that the quality of product match the requirement of customer or internal standard.
Control all of activities in working shift about downtime, capacity, quality,losses, arrangement, to get standrad OEE, RFT.
Manage and control cleaning tools and utensils.
Be responsible in shift and make daily report, output quality, quantity record and update to system.
Train new worker, make sure clean and nice place, audit have to pass.
Co-operate with other group Supervisor to complete other works.
Maintain Food safety system and safety in working.
Other works which are assigned by Production Executive, Plant Manager.
Job Requirement
Graduated from University or College. Major: Food Technology or Chemical Engineering or Industrial Processing Control.
Experience in food manufacturing as production supervisor.
