Arrange the production schedule based on production plan to ensure in-time delivery.
Measure & monitor the production indicator (productivity, recovery, OEE, loss) to archive the set targets.
Co-operate to QA to solve quality and food safety issues of product.
Manage production lines. Make sure that all activities of these lines are compliance to the ISO 22000, BRC, HACCP requirements, 5S concept and Company policy.
Train, manage staffs/ workers of production line to make sure that they know and understand the work, Food safety requirements, and company policy. Ensure that all records production records/ reports of production activities are sufficient and well archived.
Establish the procedures, instruction guidelines compliance to requirements of ISO22000, BRC, HACCP standards for production lines.
Manage staffs/ workers to make sure that they follow correctly the established protocols/ procedures and archive the targets (productivity/ recovery/OEE,…).
Manage the production machines to make sure that all machines are will operated and maintained.
Manage the wet cleaning team and ensure that the cleaning is carried out as in Master Cleaning Schedule. Ensure that the records of cleaning are sufficient and well archived.
Other works which are assigned by Production Manager.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree;
At least 03 years of experience in FMCG (Multi Culture Manufacturing industry) with the same role.
Fluency in English (speaking & writing skills).
Professional experience within international companies.
