Manage all operator who make sure the standard procedure and safety.
Make reports/ records for the daily, weekly and monthly for production and follow up target as shipment volume.
Make sure equipment operation to minimum down time.
Make sure following the methodology for checking the quality as per company design with targets to meet the customer quality ‘s requirement.
Make sure the completely execution in QR code/ Fiori program.
Investigate the root causes and have corrective actions to help either in QA who feedback to customer complaints nor the issues happen daily and need the permanent solutions
Deploy and maintain the 5S, GMP, OPLS, Sops, AM (autonomous maintenance) in factory.
Training and coaching all workers and indirect staff every year.
Co-ordinate with all related departments for smooth operation.
Improvement ideas: must have min 3 effective ideas per month.
Job Requirement
Diploma or Degree – Preferably in Food technology or other Technical major.
Min 4-year experiences in production management role.
03 years experience in Grain Milling. Milling experience in spices will be preferred.
Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.
Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is preferred.
