Job description
- Define, Lead, and continuously improve manage capacity planning, scheduling to ensure shipment;
- Coordinate with the headquarters in US on cross-functional Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning process holding the team accountable for timing, accuracy, and performance;
- Balance productivity, cost, safety and morale to achieve positive results in all areas;
- Direct the planning team, optimize and resolve day to day production constraints to achieve customer on-time deliveries;
- Recommend improvements with regards to production methods, quantity balance, and productivity;
- Manage departmental performance measures including continuous improvement tools and provides regular progress reports to manager;
- Work with other departments to improve company policies and procedures;
- Provide employee coaching and development. Responsible for completing personal professional development plan;
- Other tasks as assigned by Department Head or Board of Director.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor degree, APICS Certified is preferred;
- Fluent English – Written and Spoken;
- At least 8 years’ experience in related field, 3 years at supervision or managerial position;
- Work experience in MNCs is preferred;
- Have knowledge Product and Process, Inventory Management, Project Management;
- Team player with demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others;
- Planning: ability to think ahead and prepare action plan to achieve results at a macro level;
- Strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills;
- Ability to balance and achieve positive results in the areas of safety, quality, productivity, cost and employee relations;
- Problem analysis and resolution, quality orientation and attention to detail;
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment;
- Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, safety, quality control and performance management.
