Establish and maintain major account relationships and meet personal sales targets within the full line of products or combination of products;
Organize customized customer seminars and coordinate applicable targeted marketing activities;
Uncover the crucial needs and requirements of customers, link this to relevant solutions and products and finally closing deals;
Proactively align (demands and expectations) the internal organization and all relevant stakeholders to achieve maximum customer satisfaction;
Establish and build strong client relationships that allow for continuity and ongoing representation reinforced by sales support/delivery programs, and communications to other relevant organizational divisions;
Participate with other key account managers and sales management to develop sales strategies for national/global accounts and help identify target accounts and opportunities;
Monitor competitive activity in each account and ensure that appropriate response strategies are formulated and communicated.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree of fishery, aquaculture, aquatic pathology; Master’s degree is preferred;
Minimum 3 years of aquaculture techniques expertise;
Minimum 5 years of aqua feed selling experience; working experience with aquatic farm key accounts and having relationship with them are preferred;
Selling, coaching techniques and market analysis;
Understanding market drivers and business dynamics (trends, evolution etc...)
Have strong technical skills (farms management/auditing and reporting), negotiation & presentation skills
Ability to approach aquatic farm key accounts and make good relationship with them
Ability to communicate and work with foreign experts;
Microsoft office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
