Responsible for Innovations & Quality Assurance of Products manufactured.
Understand, interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures. Responsibility for Food safety system.
Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards and review the implementation.
Develop new products, conduct trial, manage new product development projects.
Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data. Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
Support Business in addressing all Customers requirements. Ensure all TAT for Technical Queries are responded timely.
Drive Improvements at process, focus on customer complaints and non-conformance issues reduction. Develop, recommend, and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
Collect and compile statistical quality data. Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities. Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
Identify training needs and organize training to meet quality standards.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Science, Bio- Tech, or related majors;
At least 10 years of experience in FMCG (Multi Culture Manufacturing industry) with the same role.
Fluency in English (speaking & writing skills).
Certifications Preferred : TQM , Food Safety , Lead Assessor , HACCP , Six Sigma.
Professional experience within international companies.
