Job description

  • Develop, strategize, and implement commercial plans to drive company growth and ensure success.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to pinpoint potential threats and opportunities.
  • Design and execute innovative strategies to attract new customers.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients effectively.
  • Collaborate with, coordinate, and train cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and customer service.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key clients through regular visits, understanding their needs, and identifying new marketing opportunities.
  • Analyze customer requirements to enhance satisfaction and engagement.
  • Track, measure, and analyze commercial performance using key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee and manage expenditures, financial goals, and budgetary constraints.
  • Set clear job expectations by planning, monitoring, and reviewing team contributions.
  • Foster a culture of innovation by encouraging team members to propose new ideas and solutions.
  • Actively participate in recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to achieve HR objectives.
  • Promote best practices and knowledge sharing within and beyond the team to support professional growth.
  • Recognize and reward top performers in a timely manner and implement performance management strategies as needed.

Job Requirement

  • Preferably Vietnamese, but all nationalities are welcome to apply.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field required. An MBA is preferred.
  • Significant experience in a commercial role (Sales, Business Development, Trade, or Marketing), ideally within Consumer Goods such as FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or Retail.
  • A charismatic and motivational leader who can quickly gain the trust of staff and the organization.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to set priorities, customer-oriented, and adept at identifying and solving business challenges proactively.
