Job description

  • Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and within deadlines.
  • Set up processes related to operations, training, and report forms.
  • Support the management of employee relations by providing guidance to employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Manage budget planning for HR and administrative functions, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.
  • Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Management.

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 05 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
