Responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the HR department, ensuring that all activities are carried out efficiently and within deadlines.
Set up processes related to operations, training, and report forms.
Support the management of employee relations by providing guidance to employees and supervisors on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. Assist in handling employee grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.
Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and regulations. Assist in maintaining up-to-date knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage budget planning for HR and administrative functions, monitor expenses, and implement cost-control measures.

Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 05 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
