Work with the board management to develop the HR strategy and lead the development, implementation, and day-to-day delivery of HR and Admin job to a rapidly growing workforce.
Build for a professional and high-performance HR Team.
Maintains compliance with employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to ensure all human resources policies, procedures and practices are in compliance with labor laws.
Work closely with managers at all levels to ensure excellent execution of human resources initiatives.
Handle employee relations, including disciplinary matters, if required.
Prepare the monthly HR report for meeting and Committee meeting.
Key external relationships with Tax, Immigration, DOLISA & other regulatory bodies
Performs other duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
University graduate with a major in Human Resources Management or Business Administration
At least 8 years of relevant experience in HR.
Proficiency in both English and Vietnamese
Excellent knowledge of HR related regulations and laws of Vietnam
Professional experience within international companies.
