Build, develop and implement HR strategies, recruitment plan, and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Build appraisal system and standard procedure, involving in setting KPI and performance evaluation.
Manage the payroll, individual income tax, social insurance, benefits program and other related issues.
Control the legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Build up organizational structure and operation system of the company.
Conduct internal coaching to improve management, lead the staff work commitment with goals, mission of organization.Resolving disputes and violations, carrying out necessary disciplinary action.
Evaluate and minimize the risks in HR management.
Manage the administrative work and plan.
Be responsible for building the company culture which aligns with company’s vision, mission and core values.
Review and suggest the optimal solutions in the overall management on the entire company.
Other related duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.
Job Requirement
Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related fields.
Strong knowledge about HR management recruitment and training with 3+ years of management experience.
