HR cum Admin Manager

Job description
Responsible for all key people activities (Recruiting, Performance management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent & Development Programs, etc.)
Execute HR supporting activities, eg. Supporting data, document preparation and etc. to ensure efficiency in a timely manner.
Execute people initiatives, provide great internal customer support, and drive HR functional excellence and process improvement
Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.
Support resources business partner team for other assignments if required
Job Requirement
At least 10 years experience in HR professional. Preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborative by nature with strong people skills.
Good command of written and spoken English
Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
