Build up policies, regulations and manage the HR activities: Apprentice regime, probation, labor contract, salary, bonus, annual leave ... HR regime at the company ( labor cordinating, labor contract, payroll, leave, mission, benefits, labor increase/cut off , labor contract termination...);
Cooperate with other department managers to develop criteria, KPI assessment process to monitor and evaluate staffs' monthly/yearly performance;
Construct and complete the management system, handle administative documents: the system rules, regulations, form...;
Develop process to solve internal conflict, violations and labor dispute;
Support other units manage the labor and strengthen the bond between the Board and Employees. Help related units in staffing and training... and administative activities;

Job Requirement
College level or above of all major;
Experience in managing companies with 1000 or more workers;
Good at English or Japanese is prefered, good computer office skills;
