Work with Food Retailers oversea to manage new product development, submit new ideas and improvements, manage general quality control of all products, and instruct & advise QA & QC to follow customer standards.
Project management: Arrange production trials, study the challenges of production and give solutions, and ingredient sourcing.
Manage specifications, artworks, legal information, shelf life study, routine analysis, and complaints monitoring.
Conducting periodical internal audits to ensure that the product meets the requirements laid down by the specification and customer.
Frequent checking of products from production to ensure products are good before launching. Sensory testing is carried out daily.
Updating and implementing new procedures and regulations throughout the organization.
Corporate with the technical manager to conduct food safety audits.
Attend customer conferences, exhibitions, and business meetings globally.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree;
At least 08 years working in FMCG Manufacturing company with 03 years experience in a production management role.
Good communication in English (speaking & writing skills).
