Financial Planning & Analysis Supervisor

Job description

Monitor and analyze cash flow.
Ensure efficient cash flow utilization, aligning with financial strategy and planning.
Evaluate financial metrics related to cash flow and recommend timely adjustments.
Consolidate, analyze, and prepare periodic financial reports (cash flow reports, profit reports, asset reports, etc.).
Ensure accurate, timely reports that meet the requirements of the Board of Directors (BOD) and stakeholders.
Support the BOD in financial forecasting and strategic financial planning.
Analyze and evaluate investment projects and provide recommendations on potential investment opportunities and related financial risks.
Propose measures to improve capital efficiency and enhance investment returns.
Assess and manage financial risks that could affect the plant’s cash flow and profitability.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
At least 3-5 years of experience in finance and accounting, with a preference for candidates with experience in manufacturing plants.
Experience in cash flow analysis, financial reporting, and forecasting.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to provide strategic advice and recommendations to the BOD.
Proficient in financial and accounting software, especially Excel.
Strong analytical skills, logical thinking, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
