Involve in developing KPIs and performance evaluation to all departments, especially HR, Accounting, Sales and Import-and-export department.
Analyze and synthesize all departments’ reports to present to BOD.
Involve in problem-solving process to prevent the risk or to enhance the whole operational efficiency.
Communicate directly and on behalf of CEO internally and externally.
Support BOD to manage new or special project and new investment (if any)
Support CEO to manage the whole sales activities by reviewing the entire revenue, goals and strategies.
Analyze new important customers including their potentiality, financial condition and so on to support the business expansion in an efficient and safe manner.
Perform other jobs as assigned by CEO.
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree with majors in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, International Business and Finance.
At least 5 years of experience in an equivalent position of an import-export company or Import-Export Manager position.
Professional Knowledge: Incoterms, Import-export business, Customs and Finance.
Fluent in English (4 skills).
Proficient in Microsoft office (Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point).
Excellent in communication (both writing and verbal), problem solving and negotiation.
Strong organizational skills that reflect ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
