Prepare, develop and implement mid and long term action plans to follow all division’s goal and company’s targets;
Manage and evaluate the progress of the plan to give timely solutions and reduce negative outcomes;
Establish an integrated system including design policies, rules, procedures and project advisory to follow legal regulations;
Create an internal system to collect, analyze and evaluate input data to provide optimum solutions and reduce arising issues;
Develop and manage annual capital plan, budget plan and cost plan of projects maximum cost effectiveness of all projects;
Support and coordinate with other cross-functional departments on relevant tasks or projects;
Build and maintain good connection with local authorities and business partners;
Participate in training, couching and employee development program;
Other duties as requested of line manager;
Job Requirement
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or other related majors;
At least 10 years of experience in planning & design management;
Understanding of HR management and project management including strategic planning, resources allocation (finance and HR), leadership and workflow and resources coordination;
Understanding of principles of feasibilities study of a township or other design units;
Comprehensive understanding of latest update of relevant legal rules & regulations;
Strong leadership, decision making and communication skills;
