Job description

1. General management:

- Directly manage all activities in the whole school. Ensure progress, quality, safety and high efficiency.

- Work with the Project Management Board, Consultant, Investor, Government, to effectively construct the project.

2. Develop project quality goals and develop and implement them synchronously to each site employee.

3. Make a work plan:

- Make an organization chart and assign tasks to the Program Command Board - Make proposals and control the work of providing resources to the site.

4. Assign tasks, guide work and control the work results of each department and each employee on the site.

5. Make a progress and control the project construction to complete on schedule.

6. Control subcontractors:

- Organize and coordinate subcontractors effectively.

- Evaluate subcontractors and confirm the completed volume at the subcontractor's site.

7. Project testing and payment:

- Control experimental work at the construction site.

- Prepare experimental documents according to the service contract progress for payment, decide on the project with the Investor.

8. Control construction quality management:

- Construction work ensures quality, has measures to improve, resolve shortages to avoid errors.

- Manage property protection.

- Manage labor safety work.

- Manage QAQC work records.

Job Requirement

- Possess a Degree in construction/environmental engineering majors

- At least 5 years’ relevant experienced in construction management /site management experience in the execution of wastewater treatment system construction projects

- English communication or Khmer.
