B2B Sales Manager (feed additives)

Job description
Promote and achieve sales of specialty feed additive products;
Develop sales strategies to reach out to new prospective customers (especially sales B2B) and/or industries;
Support and facilitate new product launches together with other relevant functions;
Cooperate with functional team to ensure best product, service quality and good information flow and solve customers’ issues;
Set daily, weekly, monthly and annual goals for Sales department/ each sales team and Sales executives;
Work with marketing colleagues for responsible business research and analysis;
Do market research, analyze, evaluate clients, projects and find way to approach them for sales against the main competitors;
Arrange regular trainings for salesmen;
Make weekly, monthly, yearly report.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree of Animal Husbandry, Veterinary or related to Animal Science, master's degree is preferred;
More than 4 years in the animal nutrition and health industry in sales B2B, especially Feed Additive / Supplement (enzyme);
Good command of English;
Good communication, negotiation, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
