Serve as an assistant to the CEO, acting as a liaison between the parent company abroad and the subsidiary company in Vietnam for daily operations.
Compose and translate relevant documents (including but not limited to procedures and systems) for foreign companies.
Be responsible for drafting, developing, and implementing plans for the foreign company's operations.
Advise the CEO in arranging, organizing, inspecting, monitoring, and implementing management tasks related to the business services of the foreign company.
Advise the CEO in investigating, researching, and understanding the activities and management of the foreign company, and provide opinions and proposals.
Provide input during Board of Directors meetings, take meeting minutes, and distribute decisions to relevant departments within the company.
Translate various documents.
Travel and collaborate with the CEO or other team members to visit or meet with clients, communicate with clients, negotiate, and perform related tasks.
Complete other tasks assigned by the CEO.
