Job description
- Search for and develop suitable farms and suppliers to provide raw materials according to the Company's standards.
- Report on farming conditions: crops, pests, and market situations.
- Train, guide, and manage farmers to cultivate materials in compliance with the Company's standards (e.g., Global GAP).
- Advise and manage farmers on the use of pesticides and fertilizers, ensuring they comply with the approved list and maintain proper safety intervals.
- Provide advice and guidance to farmers on pruning, canopy management, soil nutrition, and record-keeping for citrus trees.
- Forecast production, plan harvesting, and organize raw material procurement.
- Monitor experimental farming models.
- Organize farmer training sessions as required.
Job Requirement
- Graduate with majors in Crop Science, Agronomy, Organic Agriculture, or Plant Protection.
- At least 1 year of experience in farmer management and pest control methods for citrus trees (e.g., grapefruit, oranges, lemons) or other fruit trees.
- Strong knowledge of cultivation techniques and care for fruit trees, especially grapefruit, oranges, and lemons.
- Familiarity with agricultural standards such as Global GAP, with experience in preparing for assessments and hosting third-party or customer audits.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills with farmers.
- A desire for self-improvement, a passion for the profession, and a willingness to learn.
- Proactive work ethic.
- Good physical health.

Work Location: Raw material areas in Dong Nai and Binh Duong provinces (frequent travel within these two provinces).
