Deploy an action plan for the customers (dealer/users) in the assigned territory;
Develop (together with concerned parties) and deploy necessary tools and documentation for use with customers e.g. price list, tools or equipment, dealer cards, end user cards, etc.;
Manage/ implement distribution approach methodology and partnering programs;
Develop a performance report and circulate to concerned parties;
Collaborate with concerned parties to ensure all customer’s issues are effectively treated;
Develop sales volume and Share Of Market (SOM) in the assigned territory;
Accountable for the level of credit, the solvency of dealer;
Accountable sales targets and strong negotiation skills to reach the objective setting for dealers;
When meeting with dealer, has to manage purchase quality, stock checking, etc.;
Preparing margin calculation concerns Company tries vs competitors;
Improve basic technical knowledge and sales skills to dealers;
Promotion and development End-User share of account.
Job Requirement
At least 5 years experiences in sales or business development (preferable in automotive or machinery/ tools/ durable consumer goods);
Strong in analyst skill, sales planning and project management;
High level of persuasion and closing skills;
Strong in marketing intelligent, forecast, networking, result oriented;
Good communication in both English & Vietnamese;
Work under pressure and non- standard working time;
