Being Proactive Builds Your Brand

[Collection]

At the time working for 7-Eleven, I always proactively asked for more tasks besides other planned programs and took responsibility for what I'd done while being willing to do extra assignments.

When 7-Eleven ran some commercials and recruitment campaigns on Facebook and LinkedIn, I was the one in charge of proposing ideas, images; conducting advertising designs, contents, and scheduling activities about 7-Eleven. Proudly, I worked with my passion, not requirements.

As your supervisor would be likely to orient and assign works to employees who are in a proactive state, I frequently emphasized candidates and new employees two things: (1) Before leaving, ask your manager and colleagues whether they need your support; (2) Be prepared for upcoming challenges.

Your effort builds your personal image and your brand.

The game is yours when you are proactive and independent of any circumstance. It's essential to show your value along with your spirit and proficiency.
